At Bottles for Earth, we always strive to ensure our customers receive their Bottles for Earth bottle products and accessories in excellent condition. However, please note that once the items leave our facility and are shipped via a third-party shipping company, we cannot guarantee that they will remain free from damage. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item from us, please get in touch with us immediately at [email protected] with your purchase receipt and proof or image of the damaged product. We will happily accept a replacement and ensure that you receive a new product as soon as possible.

In the event that you need to return an item for any other reason, we kindly request that you state the reason for the return within 7 days of purchase. Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.

It is recommended that you retain the proof of sending when you initiate a return, as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process. Once we receive your returned item and verify that it is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
