Warehouse Assistant
We’re seeking a proactive Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse operations and inventory management. This role is crucial in ensuring our retail business operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Location: Kuta Utara, Bali
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in receiving, storing, handling, and dispatching goods in the warehouse.
- Support the management of inventory levels to meet business needs.
- Help implement and maintain inventory management systems to accurately track stock levels, deliveries, and shipments.
- Work closely with the sales and production team to coordinate efficient operations.
- Participate in regular inventory audits and contribute to reports on stock levels and discrepancies.
- Adhere to warehouse health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory role.
- Experience in the retail business sector is a must.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software and databases is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
- Team player with a positive attitude towards contributing to common goals.
